This beautiful Upright Sunflower thermal maple cutting board is 12" x 9" and over 1/2" thick.  These maple wood cutting boards are perfect for birthdays, weddings, or just because! The board pictured is the item currently available for purchase.

Thermal maple is created using torrefaction, which caramelizes the wood at high temperature. This process creates a beautiful change in color and emphasizes the woods natural grain. Treating the wood at high temperatures may cause a slight "smokehouse" aroma on the board.
