Thermal maple is created using torrefaction, which caramelizes the wood at high temperature. This process creates a beautiful change in color and emphasizes the woods natural grain. Treating the wood at high temperatures may cause a slight "smokehouse" aroma on the board.

For best results, please handwash your cutting board. To preserve the design, use the unengraved side of the board for cutting.
