Thermal maple is created using torrefaction, which increases the woods stability and water resistance- making it ideal for cutting boards. This process creates a beautiful change in color which emphasizes the woods natural grain. 

For best results, please handwash your cutting board. To preserve the design, use the unengraved side of the board for cutting.
