To personalize your tumbler, please add the personalization option to your cart along with the 20 oz tumbler, then contact us as soon as you place your order with what you would like engraved and where on the item. Contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions. A copy of the design will be sent to you prior to fulfillment. All designs must be approved by you prior to engraving. Any orders placed with personalization added that aren't approved within 3 days of placing the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk email for our design proofs if you haven't heard from us.
